The Clarksville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 2, 2026 at 6:00 pm, on a request for a Special Permit to allow a RV Park in a C3 on the following described lands:

The City of Clarksville, Arkansas, is accepting sealed bids for:

"2026 OUTDOOR EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION/WARNING SIREN SYSTEM UPGRADE AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT"

The City of Clarksville, Arkansas, is soliciting lump-sum bids for a complete turnkey upgrade of its existing outdoor emergency warning siren system to a modern two-way radio-controlled system located in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Bid specification documents may be obtained from the Office of the Mayor, City Hall, 205 Walnut Street, Clarksville, Arkansas 72830, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or by calling (479) 754-6486.

Sealed bids shall be clearly marked:
“2026 OUTDOOR EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION/WARNING SIREN SYSTEM UPGRADE AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT”

Bids will be received until:
10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 18, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
